Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take a little longer, but rest assured we’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We proudly serve families all across Australia. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or logistics partners. Typical delivery times range between 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Our shipping rates are:

  • Free Shipping: Orders AUD $140.00 and above
  • Standard Shipping: AUD $4.95 for orders AUD $0.00 – $139.99

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

At the moment, our main focus is serving our Australian customers. However, we do ship selected products internationally from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, usually between 10–20 business days. Additional shipping fees and duties may apply.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your delivery in real time.

Customs and Duties

For international deliveries, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders within Australia are not subject to customs fees.
